Keyboard Backlight Not Working – Dade X / Pro

The Dade series features ambient backlit keyboards. If your backlight isn’t working, follow this guide.

Quick Checks:

• Press Fn + Spacebar or Fn + F4 to toggle
• Use FnLock If function keys are inverted

Fix Steps:

1. Update Keyboard Driver from support.geig.co.uk
2. Check BIOS → “Keyboard Lighting = Enabled”
3. In Device Manager → HID → Update HID Keyboard Device

Still Not Working?
Perform a system restore
Reflash BIOS
Contact GeiG Support for keyboard controller firmware
Note: Ambient backlight turns off when idle. Tap any key to reactivate.
