  • Category: Enterprise Deployment & Admin
  • Applies to: Dade Pro, Dade II, Dade IIi

Trusted Platform Module (TPM 2.0) enables BitLocker encryption, Windows Hello, and Device Health Attestation for MDM systems.

How to Check TPM:

  • Open Run → tpm.msc
  • Confirm “TPM 2.0 is Ready for Use”
  • TPM Manufacturer: Infineon / Intel

Enabling TPM in BIOS:

  1. Enter BIOS
  2. Go to Advanced → Trusted Computing
  3. Set TPM = Enabled
  4. Enable PTT (Intel Platform Trust Technology) If on an Intel CPU

After reboot, TPM will auto-register with Windows Security. For domain-joined devices, ensure GPO allows TPM-backed BitLocker.
